Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician to join our team and provide reliable service to our residential clients. In this role, you’ll handle the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heating and cooling systems, including straight A/C, heat pumps, oil and gas boilers, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. This position is ideal for skilled technicians with a commitment to quality and professional growth.


This is a full-time position.


Potential annual earnings of 70-90k a year.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Advise homeowners on repairs and recommend equipment upgrades
  • Order necessary parts and manage truck stock
  • Report daily to management on performed calls


Requirements:

  • Must have your own hand tools; the company provides a vacuum pump, recovery machine, refrigerant scale, leak detector, gas detector, combustion analyzer, and torch
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • EPA 608 certification required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Compensation and Benefits:

Installer

An HVAC Installer is a key member of our team. This role involves the hands-on installation of HVAC systems, where you'll be responsible for equipment setup, ductwork installation, and ensuring everything is running efficiently and according to code. As an installer, you’ll need experience working with a variety of systems and strong troubleshooting skills. We're looking for someone who can uphold the company's values of honesty, integrity, accountability, reliability, and pride. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in HVAC.


This is a full-time position.


Requirements:

  • Have prior HVAC experience
  • Must be detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
  • Committed to continued education
  • Ability to keep work area clean and organized
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in tight spaces and in extremely warm or cold temperatures

Installation Assistant

An installation assistant is an invaluable member of our heating and cooling installations team. They not only provide much-needed help with installation projects, but will gain hands-on experience and knowledge about the install process, including everything from quality control to ductwork and equipment setup and configuration. This is a great position for those who are looking to launch a career in the field of HVAC installation, and candidates will gain experience necessary to move into installer positions in the future! Previous experience in the HVAC field or in HVAC installations is not required, but is strongly preferred.


This is a full-time position.


Requirements:

  • Must have a trade school completion certificate -OR- previous HVAC training
  • Must be willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and correction
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to keep work area clean and neat
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in tight spaces and in extremely warm or cold temperatures
